Yes, we have experience working with vintage instruments and understand the unique needs of these instruments. We take great care to ensure that the repair process preserves the original character and sound of the instrument.

No, we do not offer instrument rentals. However, for those who need a temporary replacement while their instrument is being repaired, we may be able to help. You never know if you don't ask.

It depends. Smaller jobs like setups, cleanings, pickup troubleshooting/installing can be done quickly, often within 1 to 2 weeks. Other jobs that require structural repairs can take weeks or months depending upon the extent of the repairs needed.  Contact us for a cost and time estimate.

We stock a variety of brands of strings including: D'Addario, Ernie Ball, Elixir and more. Customers are certainly welcome to provide their own strings! Also, special orders can be placed given enough lead time.

Yes! We're very experienced with a wide range of pickup systems for both electric and acoustic instruments and can help troubleshoot and optimize your pickup for output, balance, and tone. If you need custom wiring to bring out all the tones in your electric guitar or bass, we can definitely help! We are experienced in many brands and styles. 

We currently accept many forms of payment including cash, credit or debit, plus Venmo and Paypal. Sorry, Monopoly money, bitcoin, and animal rawhide is not accepted.

Yes! Our shop is well insulated and has an air humidification and purification system in use at all times.
